"I have been with them for awhile now I continue to get messages on the drive safe app not working but I take time and go down to his very expensive new office which is now even further away I walk in the door on a cane ,and there is 3 people and they couldn't even say be with you in a minute or even say a word finally I wrnt over and got a bottle of warm water and a lady came out of the front office and took me into her office and explained to her what I was needing after 9 minutes of watching her on her computer I informed her I had baby chick's in my truck and it was hot and I had to leave, but not before I asked her to send me an email with the documents I needed to sign for a new motorcycle, she assured me she would and she did not! I have a spotless driving record but my insurance keeps going up! I wouldn't recommend This insurance agency to anyone nobody knows anything, new people every time I go in there!"
